Daisy Aldridge - Student Leaver 2024

After completing the UAL Extended Diploma production and performing arts - Dance Pathway at Exeter College I am now moving on to complete my Degree on the BA(Hons) Dance performance course at LMA - Liverpool. Since leaving St James I have met different choreographers and dance companies including Jasmin Vardimon Company, phoenix Dance Theatre and Map Dance and have taken part in workshops with the National Youth Dance Company, Jonny Hibbs, Orla Hardie, Lotus Lowry and many more. I got the chance to go to New York and Dance at the Broadway Dance Centre and Alvin Ailey Studios and see the American Ballet Company at Lincoln Centre.
I’ve performed in Exeter Cathedral, Exeter Phoenix and multiple times at the Northcott Theatre. I have choreographed many different pieces for shows and performances including those at St James and Exeter college. As well as choreographing dances I have also written my own songs and competed in and received first place in 3 different singing categories in the Devon Performing Arts Festival which included retaining my 4 year title.
Recently I was approached by a local band, Sound of the Sirens, to choreograph and perform for one of their a music videos.
