If you have truanted your lessons, you will be asked to complete this online form so we can share your concerns with your Head of Year and parents.

The form talks about ‘push and pull’ factors. This is because we want to identify the ‘push factors’ that have resulted in you truanting your lessons. We also want to identify any ‘pull factors’ which are factors that are pulling you to be elsewhere.
