Cashless catering now available in the Xpressions app
We are pleased to inform you that St James has now launched a cashless catering facility to enable you to electronically pay for school lunches and snacks from the school canteen.
The cashless catering icon will appear at the top of your Xpressions timeline and will give you the ability to top up the account, shows the balance of your account and a full transaction history of what your child(ren) has purchased. Please note your balance will update daily.
What do I need to do now?
Please download the Xpressions App but first ensure we have your correct mobile number and email address on our school database to ensure you can use the new App. Forms are available from the school office to check and update your details or simply email them to the school. You’ll need to make sure you keep these details up to date in future to maintain access to the service.
What happens next?
Please click the following link www.parents.groupcall.com or type in the URL into your internet browser and follow the instructions on how to set up the App on your devices. The instructions also include “How To Use” with advice on how you can support your child(ren) learning. In addition, we are also able to email you your child(ren) school reports direct to your email address for perusal.
Once installed and set up you will be able to see the following information:
- All school communication in one place;
- Time line of school communication that can be filtered by child/reason;
- Can respond to the school’s open messages free of charge;
- Payment Portal for on line payments for trips, offers;
- Ability to complete forms and surveys electronically; and,
- Ability to enroll for parent’s evenings.
